Victorian floor tiles, borders and hand decorated will require sealing. We recommend using LTP Matt Stone and the instructions on the product.
Most of the products are stocked and available for imminent despatch. However, some of our more specialist collections are made to order and are only available with a 4-6 week lead time.
If your chosen product is currently unavailable, our showroom team will be able to advise when the product is likely to come back into stock. Should the suggested lead time not be suitable, we would be happy to discuss alternative sizes/designs or products that may be delivered sooner.
Goods are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Any returned items must be in full boxed quantities and completely unused. Returns will only be accepted if the returned value is over £120 ex vat. Due to carriage charges and restocking fees, we cannot accept returns with a value of less than £120 ex vat.
A restocking charge of 25% will be deducted from the total refund, as well as the carriage charge. The carriage charge will vary depending on the total weight of goods being returned.
Any surplus tiles you may have are worth keeping, as they will likely come in handy in the future to replace/repair any damages that may occur over time.

We use nominal dimensions throughout our website, which are subject to very slight variation within internationally accepted standards. Due to the nature of tile materials, slight variations in sizes are unavoidable and can be accommodated with tolerances in grout gaps.
We recommend that the tiles are laid by an experienced, professional tiler. If you'd like to find a recommended tiler in your area, please get in touch with us.
