In stock goods are normally dispatched for delivery within 2-5 working days. In circumstances where an item is out of stock, one of our team will be in touch with you to advise on when the item will be back in stock and if there are any alternative options available.
Most deliveries will take place Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, excluding Bank Holidays.
An additional charge may be available for express, morning or nominated day deliveries, please get in touch with our team to ask about those options.
Most orders will be delivered on very large vehicles/lorries, so it is important that any restricted access details are advised of prior to your delivery being scheduled. If the drivers is unable to deliver to the destination address, the consignment will be placed, at the driver’s discretion, at the nearest safely accessible point to the property. This may be on the drive or kerbside.
Delivery drivers cannot help handle the goods. Please ensure someone on site is able to accept, sign for and safely store the goods. Drivers are only permitted to deliver kerbside, they are not allowed to enter any private property.
All orders must be examined on delivery and any shortages, damages or other discrepancies must be reported to us within 3 working days. Failure to do so may invalidate any claims of breakages or replacements.
Returns
Goods are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Any returned items must be in full boxed quantities and completely unused. Returns will only be accepted if the returned value is over £120 ex vat. Due to carriage charges and restocking fees, we cannot accept returns with a value of less than £120 ex vat.
A restocking fee of 25% will be deducted from the total refund, as well as the carriage charge. The carriage charge will vary depending on the total weight of goods being returned.
Any surplus tiles you may have are worth keeping, as they will likely come in handy in the future to replace/repair any damages that may occur over time.
